I have a 3LP “Firestarter’s Torch” (Screenshot by Lightshot),
I see that many people are saying this is one of the best leveling items for a Mage, so I was wondering if I am to turn this into a legendary items what stats should I slam on it?
Really depends on what your build is, but assuming you’re going DoT build, maybe something like that or replace one prefix with Cast Speed. This is at least what I would personally go for.

It is… mages using the Elemental Nova with flames… it basically catches all the mobs on fire around you … it was so good when i was leveling my spellblade I was kind of sad when i changes to actually spellblade build lol
