Need help with a couple of bows

I had the Longshot bow drop awhile back, then I found an new bow that looked better. However, when I tried to compare the two bows, none of the stats concerning elemental damage changed. It actually looked like they were both the exact same bow. I am a casual player and I’m not that great with Min-Maxing or knowing how all of the damage stuff works. But it seems to me that the Longshot Bow should make Bow damage inc, along with cold, fire, and lightning. Whereas, the recurve bow should not. I included a screenshot of no bow equipped and each bow separately.

The character sheet displays the stats for “x% increased xy damage”, whereas your bow has “flat” additional damage of some types.
