Classes need gender options, even if purchasable. Feels like a major step backward for this genre. Make it happen ASAP please.
PoE, the largest game in the genre, doesn’t have this option. Step backwards where?

POE has male and female characters that can use any ability or build. Not the same at all.
Still locked into an ascendancy by class, which is by gender. You aren’t quite 100% free from the reign of genderlock.
It’s not as big a deal as you and others make it out to be. It’d be nice, but it’s a lot of extra time and money they’d have to put into modelling and animations. Don’t get me wrong, I also would like this but it isn’t a big priority for them.
This is a complaint by the not-so-grand minority of players, I’d expect this not to hit for a while, so I’d not get my hopes up.
