Currently, any ability gained via the passives trees (for example, future strike and time rot from void knight tree) provides only very minimal information compared to the information available on “skills”; scaling tags, effectiveness of added damage, etc… Should really make it so the same kind of information is available on all abilities, regardless of their source.

Most of these should have a tooltip pop up if you hold Alt over the passive node that grants it.

They do, but the information GIVEN by that popup is drastically different, depending whether you’re holding alt on a skill-tree ability, or a passives-tree ability. What I’m saying is, abilities and effects granted directly from the passives tree, like time rot and future strike, should provide an equivalent amount of info to the info you get on actual “skills”, which isn’t currently the case.
Then that’s a display bug which need to be highlighted to the devs so they can correct them.
