I playing with the pebbles set from necromancer, but i think it’s a little bit weak, compared to legendarys, espacially defensive wise.
It would be nice, if set items scaling with character level. Or they getting also legendary crafting potential.
Yes, set items aren’t in the best place at the moment. They want to do something different with sets rather than just stick LP on them.
