After casting town portal to home and then returning back, the minions are nowhere to be seen. Their icons still appear on the top left of the screen, but I have to recast them all in order to get my army back.
Yes, this is a known issue. The minions ae loaded into the zone at the “beginning”, not where you are, but they will run to you especially if you press A to summon them.
sometimes i wish we had a skill like Convocation from PoE to summon minions to us and heal them
