Necro Flame Wraith build - Imprisoned Horror not causing abom to be stationary

Expected Behavior: Abom stands still.
Instead: Abom follows player, attacks and dies.

Tried respecing completely out of Abom, got the xp, then put points back, same thing, he just follows me around.
