When I log into the game my character and all others are naked (despite having gear worn on my paper doll). Furthermore, attempting to use my portal in-game produces a portal that I can see on the minimap and mouse-over to see the word “Portal” but I cannot use. This happens in regular zones as well as in the monolith. Subsequently I am unable to retrieve monolith zone rewards.
I don’t know if the two issues are related, but they both started occurring at the same time. I have tried relogging many times (over the course of two days) and the issue persists. It is the same for both of my characters.
