This is why they were removed from the CT pool, so they couldn’t publish fully worked out builds on day 0. Theory crafting from patch notes is one thing (& fair enough), but having the full build done & dusted & tested over many hours is something else entirely. I suspect if they were in the CT they’d probably be asked to not do content for a time after release.
Hmm maybe it’s an urban legend the 100c to 300c balance stance - looking up the official quotes it’s more like “300 is a reasonable point for people to consider a thoughtful homebrew build successful.”
But I only play homebrew builds, so I stand by the statement that most regular folks don’t have time to grind past 300c to 500c, 1000c, etc. at least not with homebrew builds.
As for LE balance in general, it is certainly worse now than it ever has been.

Are you suggesting that it doesn’t take any time at all to get to 300 or 500 corruption? Do you have a time machine or something?
2900 corrp from 0 was day1:) i dont have time for this season. normally 1 million corrp easily with 1 shot builds 
At some point you all will realize any thread Kartal participates in is just way for him to start bragging about his corruption levels

Yeah I would say to them “no builds posted for 2 weeks or account suspended for 2 weeks” - I reckon that would be fair I mean some will do that but some might prefer to show off to audiences I’m not sure to be honest haha

Seems kinda silly, really. They could almost as easily do the same thing in legacy and come off as legit.
Easier for specific affixes though.

this is something found in most modern d-likes where an unoptimized build will function at a fraction of an optimized builds power. the gap is too huge. i really dislike how instead of addressing the gap, devs tend to create harder content instead, funneling players into following build guides.

With the imprints last season at least the non meta builds were fun and we had a chance to make them good and function at a fun, competitive level but they nerfed that and then introduced yet more broken, unbalanced and untested builds and items. If they want the game to get to 1.6 they need to pull finger or its good night nurse~
