When i have a Pyre Golem my Mages and Skeletons just suddenly die even though i am not in combat. If i speck out of Pyre Golem then everything is fine, seems like a bug.
There is a node for fire golem fire aura that kills your skeletons to make the aura stronger. Any chance you specced that node?
I think you are right, thank you. I will do a quick test to make sure and report back.
