My loot filters are broken since the latest hotfix

Since the latest hotfix (0.9f) my loot filters are broken. I cannot choose, import or create any. If I try to create or import one, the loot filter screen cannot be closed anymore. I cannot access any menu and have to close my game via alt+f4. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not fix the issue.

Same, i am unable to use/select filters, create new filters, delete filters, or even close the screen. requires Alt+F4.
