My login name is Skoobz.
It shows up in chat when I type in /all, but if anyone tries to reply to me or type my name it shows up as ******. I also can’t create a character the same as my login name.
“Skoob” is ok, but any word with Skoob + any character is blocked. Please help
EHG recently implemented a dictionary of unacceptable words that is a little overzealous in some cases… I figure its in preparation for multiplayer…
However, looking up yours on Urban Dictionary comes up with some that are definitely 18+ and may be offensive in some cultures/languages so I am not sure what their take on this would be.
You could try submitting a request - Submit a request – Last Epoch Support - with support to see what they say…

Thanks for the quick reply dude. I’ve submitted a ticket. I’ve been using “Skoobz” as my gaming nickname for 15+ years, since back when I played Quake3 competitively (yes, that long haha). Never had an issue until now. Hopefully there is a way to make an exemption.
I heard of the Skoobie gang but never heard of skoobz as any kind of slang or offensive name and I am too scared to look up what that actually, allegedly means in UD.
Idk who the arbiter(s) are of slang or who can determine what is offensive. I’m a bit on the older side too and have seen people called Scoobie or scoobs in the past too, I swear.
But ya, hopefully EHG can rectify this for you
