For god sake create hotkey for forge crafting button. How I am supposed to use one thousand ascendancy runes on rings? I did like 150 and my hand is dying. Runes are not problem, cof rings too, looting about 30 per cache. But crafting, cmon.. thats fking impossible to do.
Oh, its not only hotkey problem, you need to move your mouse left right, left right, left right… Do something, it’s not human friendly, its killing humans ._.
I get it. We need hotkey to put crafted item back into inventory. So you clicking shift+RMB to put item, “C” (for example) to craft and “V” to put it back. With that your mouse stay near other rings and you don’t need to move it like bazillion times 
I’m not sure in what way your hand is broken, but I feel you having life-long hand injuries myself. I think this is one of the situations in which swapping to a controller can really help. Controller was always an intended part of Last Epoch purely because of us age-old diablo players that already destroyed our hands from many years of this kind of repetitive motion, haha. I think there could certainly be improvements made, but as an in-term fix, perhaps doing smaller batches more often, or as mentioned a controller may help here?
Suffering from wrist pain too - Remember to take breaks! Best every 40~60 minutes you take at least a 5 minute break.
Hand stretches + running warm water on your arms/wrists/hands every few hours or so can help.
I agree with your problem though - the UI in this game needs a ton of work, appearently for KB+M and for controller.
I can agree here, something to help with mass doing something in crafting or even selling to vendor for gold.
i.e. in a stash tab I want all these items to use rune of shattering. in a stash tab I want to use rune of ascendancy on all these items. You can also add things like this to the vendor guy or how about some questline for us to get some forgemaster to do these?
