I see you’ve figured out the mechanics: Deal enough damage to push him into phase shift before he can spam more BS DoTs.
Truly a boss fight of all time.

Congratulations! This really shows off the strength of a long duration, set & forget skill to let you think about mechanics without losing damage uptime. And of course, it helps when your damage is high enough to push through phases quickly.
