any way to restore it?
Hey… Welcome to the forums…
What do you mean you “reset” your computer? Did you reinstall?
All the savegames are stored on your local machine… so if anything happened to the savegames on your computer, then the character could be gone…
If you are using Steam Cloud saves, then that sync process can also sometimes get confused and mess with saves…
If the game crashed while you were playing that character then you could also have a corrupted savegame… Does the _temp version of the file have more data in it?
I mean restart my computer by button
Main and _temp save files looks like this https://i.imgur.com/A5FGkAl.png
I use Steam cloud but game not use it (0 files in there)
Those savegame files are corrupted… Did the game crash or was it not shutdown correctly?
There are is no way to get the character back if the savegame is corrupted… There are no copies anywhere unless you made backups…
LE does use Steam Cloud by default - you have to switch it off if you dont want to use it… It works globally or per game. You can try and see if anyting is in the Steam Cloud in your Steam account via a webbrowser here
Alredy checked. 0 files in steam cloud.
Then I dont think anyone can help… If there are no copies in the Steam Cloud and you didnt make any backups then your character is unfortunately gone.
The devs might be able to see WHY it happened if you post your player.log but they will not be able to get your character back for you as they dont have any copy of it…
You shouldnt do that… You must exit the game properly… thats the only way to be sure that it closes the savegame files correctly and releases the resources it is using…
You should never just restart a Windows computer without shutting down properly or using the Restart option - that will cause lots of problems and over time your system will become bloated with potentially corrupted files & lots of temporary files from various apps running etc…
