Hello so i was in HC - titens hollow - ruined era 1290eg - Everything went good but i found out the doors which should allow me to go to another location . So i clicked on this door - it teleports me to another location but my character was zero helth but everyhting was working. After that i found out that teleport working so i used teleport and i was teleported back to city but teleport was not wroking, my golds and materials disappear.
This are my logs. I also trying to reconect and i found out my character was banned from HC golds and materials are gone forever and i have to start from the begining again.
Is possiblet o get me back to HC and give me back what i lost for no reason ?

After that i reloged because teleports was not working and my character was banned from HC…
