I don’t think the Mutilate passive in Puncture works properly.
Its supposed to pop all the stacks on the unit at once to deal a bunch of damage at once,
instead it does a random amount of damage and it doesn’t seem like the bleed stacks are consistent. I have a ton of bleed chance on my bows and if i use my flurry its set to always cause a bleed on the second shot, and each bleed has 5 stacks, and i can get a lot of stacks going at once, but once they are going, Mutilate will stop all of them, and not always do all of the damage.

I really don’t know how else to explain it, if you try it with flurry and stack up a bunch of bleed and then mutilate it, it can do 10k damage, or 2k damage.
