Multiple quests not working

Hi,

I have leveled in Monoliths between level ~20ish to 60 and left most side quests for later. Now, when going back to complete them, many quests seems bugged. For example, “The Last Imperial”, even if I kill the Phylacteries, the quest doesn’t update at all.

I am also stuck on “The Immortal Empire”, where the NPC only gives me the option to Defend her, although there are no more mobs coming in at all…
