When I look at Last epoch tools for baby scorpion it lists 2 different attacks.

which attack does it use? Is it random? weighted? Neither attack has a cooldown or any info on when it would use one or the other, but they are significantly different.
They have “Use delay” and “Use duration”. I would assume that is what makes them cycle through them. They should work as a sort of cooldown.
