I’ve crashed ~5 times today while farming using Warpath. I’ve attached two logs with the crash. I’m not sure what triggers it.

Upload a dxdiag report. I’ll have a look at them and see if I can make any suggestions. It could be a bug of course, but sometimes you can work around the bug on your machine.
In the meantime, try verifying Steam game file integrity just in case
