Class I experienced this: Rogue - Bladedancer
Regarding the attack speed, seems the weapon attack speed doesn’t matter. Mixed in 1.2, 1.1 and 0.98 weapons, not only the tooltip doesn’t change, the attack speed using skills feel the same.
