MP Beta - Bladedancer's Apostacy Passive Skill

I’ve noticed that the total glancing blow chance is too low.

Cloak of Shadows Passive skill gives a total of 16%
Current Dodge chance is at 15%
Total Glancing Blow chance shown is at 31%

Either it’s only visual or the node is only providing 100% of Dodge Chance as Glancing Blow Chance and not 200% as the node describes.
