Movement skills and not working as expected

I’m going to put this here but it could straddle multiple topics (gameplay+server+skills etc): when using a movement skill, it will end where the enemy targeted was standing when the skill was engaged, however, the enemy AI moves to engage with your character where it was located when you engaged the movement skill, and instead of executing the movement skill and ending at the point where the enemy was located, your character then proceeds to walk to where the enemy has moved to, in a lot of cases completely negating the point of the movement skill because the enemy has closed the gap to where you were stood when you pressed your movement skill button, and you’re basically back to where you started.

is it possible to get a client or server-side change made so that when you use a movement skill and collide with an enemy the player character performs a mini stun on the enemy and stops them and your own character from moving because it’s been so frustrating using a movement skill and ending up near enough where i initially started from almost every engagement.

to give a sort of flow chart idea of what I’m talking about, lets say your character is located at point A, the enemy you want to engage and use your movement skill on is located at point B, you press your movement skill button and move from your point A start point, and end up at point B, during the animation and movement time the enemy has moved from their point B almost to where your point A start point was, and after the animation/movement has ended your character starts immediately walking back to you point A start point to start attacking the enemy you just used a movement skill to engage with originally.
