had 1 duplication rune, the only one found until now, lvl 100 and farming corruption 400+
wanted to Ascend some items and since Duplication Rune is just near Acendace rune I just clicked wrong and duplicated a rare amulet 
switch the place of duplication rune with Research rune, and even add an āare you sure?ā message when duplicateā¦
