I know you can get this on belts and boots for the most part, but I always feel “slow” in Last Epoch. How about adding a little more base movement speed as you level for a 20% boost by level 70?
Unlocked at level 20, 40, 60, 70 (5% per), something like that…
There are a bunch of uniques that give you swiftness, which is already exactly that: you get movement speed based on your level.
Yes, but sometimes wasting a slot isn’t worth the boost. I think we should get swiftness, but we should have to work for it. Maybe unlock Swiftness per tier completion on dungeons. It would give people more reason to play them other than unique drops and slamming things. Or, maybe link it to Arena levels. That would (help) make Arena worth playing.
Yeah, maybe the problem is that we got slow starting speed which got fixed by plenty of unique items to boost speed instead of boosting base movement speed.
Nope. It will hurt these items as their Swiftness will become useless
