More Gear Types: Pants and Shoulders

In the future it would be nice to have Pants/Leggings and Shoulder for more gear builds and possibilities. Also would help with Set items too.

The inventory screen could also be updated in this layout:

    SHOULDERS [    ]      HEAD [    ]    AMULET [     ] 
        WEAPON  [    ]      TORSO [    ]    OFF-HAND [     ]
               RING [    ]     LEGGINGS [    ]   RING [    ]
               BELT  [    ]       BOOTS [    ]   RELIC [    ]
