Not really bugged but you can start and complete gathering the moon fragments without going into the Temple first to have The Architech lady destroy the portal.
While in the cove gathering the Eggs you can also find the moon fragments which auto completes all the steps leading up to being asked to gather them. Once you gather the two fragments you can go into the portal room and place the fragments and go straight into the Temple of Lagon.
