Monsters spawned on top of a building, resulting in inability to move

Monsters spawned on top of a building, unkillable for melee. Also makes it so that you cant move. As primalist, I had to keep leaping until i was far enough away that it didnt effect me. When I got close again, the exact same thing happened. Playing as beastmaster with wolves and dinobro.
Edit: Monsters were void worms and the building was like a small gazebo thing in a rift.

These bugs are typically easy to fix, but we need to know where it’s happening.
