Monoliths with "Patrolling units" not spawning objective units

Maps from the new act sometimes aren’t spawning the patrolling units rendering the echo unable to be completed.

This is an old issue, but right now it is happening on the newly added maps for monos.

Even the minimap isn’t showing the usual blinking circle directing the player to where the patrolling monsters are.

Patrols just fall through the texture. If you run around the map, you can find them by the visual effects of the skills they will use to attack you.

Yeah, it sucks having to wander around waiting for invisible enemies to attack you, then trying to echolocate them to attack them.
