New player here and a few QoL suggestions after some time doing Monlith of Fate:
-Change icon or layout of Monoliths which gives Set or Unique Items: Has a colorblind, sets an unique Monoliths reward icon show up as rings and you need to verify each time, maybe change the icon to show a unique (star?) or something for easier recognition
-Automatically open the portal once Monlith completed: Self-explanaotry
-DO NOT ALLOW TO CHOOSE AN OPTION OF ACCESSING AN ALREADY ACCESSED TIMELINE ONCE A QUEST TIMELINE IS DONE: Exemple is Ending the Storm…So frustrating that you can choose to access an already opened timeline and need to redo THE WHOLE Monolith again to complete the quest to access the other one if you chose the same one by error.
Colourblind options and generally inclusion functions come up pretty frequently and the devs definitely expressed their desire and will to work on such features.
But those features are also not as easy to implement as many people think (not saying you are saying that :P).
But it’s just not reasonable for a indie develoepr to incorperate these features this early in development, when many other core components are not even in yet.
I don’t know how high this is on the devs priority list, but I could see some of these inclusion feature make it into the game fairly soon, we’ll have to see.
I don’t think this is a good idea because:
It could open a portal while still being in combat, which might lead to missclicks
When you finished the objective you are not forced to leave and can stay to kill more stuff and make the end rewards chest contain more loot.
I think this is an excellent feature, maybe not straight up block that option, but maybe recolour the dialog options, that you already have completed, or at least give some kind of confirmation like “are you sure you want to take the same pat has before”.
