Since the new hotfix patch, this transition path is broken.
It seems that when you fixed the un-bloqued access to the Stash, you bloqued the Monolith Fate path. ^^
It still works but I think there is something wrong with the activation area. If you hover over it near the center it gets bright but if you move the mouse around a little up toward the top of the right corner it sort of dims a little and then you click it and go in.
It’s definitely not working optimally but you can still get in.
