first of all i know that this bug is not a high priority bug so dont worry too much about it 
Thanks for the great game.
When i runned monoliths i stumbled upon a map where the “quest” is out of map. I tried to attach a video showing the bug but the upload in a .zip file fails, sadly im already left the map so i cant send a screenshot.
All i know about which could help, im playing a void knight spin to win. The melee range couldnt hit the bone structur, the damage of shild rush could. It was a level 85 monolith.
