Is it now allowed to create mods for the offline mode ? I would like to create some new item ideas i have for the offline mode and wanted to know wether or not the ToS will get updated so modders can create some stuff.

The devs recently stated that on release the offline mode will be entirely separated from the online mode, so you won’t have to log in anymore. My guess is, that they might reconsider their stance on offline mods then.
I’d love to have a definitive answer to that question from the devs as well, but I doubt we’ll get one anytime soon.
