As i am redirected from support to post this request here, I’ll re-write.
I’ve been playing the game for nearly 400 hours now and i’ve been having a blast, it is really fun. Hats off to whole team.
My one single issue comes in that since i’m an Abrahamic faith based person, i’m not comfortable using idols to gain powers etc. thus i’ve been avoiding them completely. If there were a way or a mod to have them changed to some other form rather than idols, it would be awesome. Perhaps a generic buff that is active with no active idols, or a relic that completely covers the entire idol inventory?

I don’t know that the concept of Abrahamic religion exists in the world of Eterra. You technically aren’t the one using the idols to gain powers, your character is.
Do you equally have problems playing the Occultist or Primalist?
At the end of the day though, I don’t see why this would be too much to ask. Doesn’t seem much harder than a language filter. Maybe a toggle box that just changed the word “Idol” to something else like “Icon” or “Fetish”, but you might have the same issue with those words.
But spells and directly seeking the aid of non-Abrahamic deities (plural) is ok?
I would be slightly surprised if that weren’t the case since surely it’s the concept behind them that’s the issue given they’re in a game and manifestly not real.
But hey, some people truely believe that Harry Potter represents a clear and present moral threat from “the other side” (& that both sides are actually real in a physical/spiritual sense), so what do I know?
