Some mobs become untargetable with the left mouse attack. It’s not all mobs—just some—and no matter what I do, the left mouse attack won’t hit them. The only way I can attack these mobs is by holding Shift to force an auto-attack from range. I’m not sure if this issue is related to the “move toward target when attacking” feature or something else.
