In the level 60 timeline, I encountered a group of Wengari and Osprei fighting each other at the boss location in the Wengari Fortress Quest Echo. I am not sure if that is intentional or not. Just letting you all know.

This is intentional as this is part of the quest where the forces of Rahyeh and the forces of Heorot are fighting each other
