Mob type "Headless Dreg" in "The Upper Necropolis" constantly flash as they animate

What went wrong?
The mob “Headless Dreg” that can be found in the area “The Upper Necropolis” during the main quest keeps flashing with a white halo as it is being animated. The flash happen as they run.

Expected behavior: no flashing

Reproducible: always
