Missing T-Shirt, no reply from customer service

On May 31st I purchased the Ardent Commander Supporter Pack which included a T-Shirt.
However as of December 15th I have not yet received one nor heard any news about when it might arrive.
Twice I have tried contacting customer support through the official channels as per Missing or delayed Beta supporter t-shirt?
I have still not received a reply however after all these weeks and was wondering: what else can I do to find out if I’ll ever get my T-Shirt, or if something went wrong with the shipment?

Please accept my sincere apology for the delay in getting back to you. We’ve been swamped with support requests since the release of Patch 0.8 & us replacing substantial portions of our backend infrastructure at the same time.
