I had purchased the Ardent Commander pack at $160 back in February this year, and now its not even showing in my past transactions? I sent an image of the emails I received from John(Support) and the original email from your site verifying the purchase. I also never received the physical goods which I addressed in the email to your support.
Is anyone looking into this? $160 is a lot of money for it to dissapear.
