Missing Progress/Items

Played on launch night for a few hours - collected some affix shards, gold and items which I placed in my stash. I bought a few extra stash tabs.

Upon logging in today, I am still level 41 - so its not a rollback. My gold and affix shard are at 0. Stash is reset to default - its empty and my named tabs/extra tabs have disappeared.

Had the same thing happen to me, I was moving into Deep harbor… the loading screen was loading… I alt tabbed to start a new youtube, and the game crashed. When I logged back in, I lost all stash, gold, shards…

Graphics settings are all set to low.
