My level 98 Primalist only has 108 passive points where he should be at 111 passive points. He has 111 passive points prior to 8.3, but since the patch he lost 3 somewhere and I cannot find where the passives went. I finished the new campaign and looking at my quest list I have 69 quests done. Have gone to the towns to see if there are any quests NPCs left but have found nothing. Any devs willing to look into my level 98 primalist to find/solve the issue?
