Patch 0.8.3 lowered the maximum points you can put into the Reflection passive on the Marksman tree to 5 (from 8). I had 6 points in it prior to the update. It was automatically lowered to 5, but I was not refunded a passive point to use elsewhere.
I’ve asked internally, and I believe this is because a passive point reward was moved from an existing quest to one of the new quests in Chapter 9 of the story. If you do that quest you’ll have the point again. Sorry about the confusion.
