Missing NPC bug report 0.7.9d

when you in end game monolith progress,
go in to map level 75 BLODD, FROST AND DEATH

after 5 echoes wave you will see a quest echo map
when you in to the map
you will received two quest

A BRAND OF FOREST-speak with Frost brand wengarl chieftain (this npc not there)
(which open level 90)
A PACT OF BLOOD -speak with the blood pact wengarl chieftain (which open level 80)

i tried four times…you can only pick level 80.coz when you try go to do level 90 one the NPC not there.it says speak with the frost brand wengarl chieftain unlock level 90 timelines

any one same?

I have the same problem. The only thing i have left is this one but i cant complete because of this bug…

Hope there is a fast fix for that.

I also have this problem.

I opened up level 80 via level 62.

I just completed 80 and went back to try 75 again to open up 90 and the NPC is not there.

Not sure, but does it mean we have to do the 80 quest line 1st and then come back and open up to 90?

i did everything i could, each boss each timeline except this quest for the last bridge.
The minimap also says there is a Npc but there isnt so its a bug unless we´re missing something…

I have the same issue. I cannot for the life of me get the frost brand wengari chieftain to spawn. The level 90 timeline is totally locked out for me.

Here are my log files, hopefully this issue can be resolved.
