Playing in offline mode and have been missing the map overlay since start of 1.0
restarting the game doesn’t fix it either so wondering if others have had the same thing or not.
Overlay is missing while the Quest markers point in the opposite direction of where they actually are, https://imgur.com/a/p1mgCM5 pictures with overlay on and off
I don’t know if this was the same issue I had, but somehow my map zoom got turned past the meter. It looked like I had no overlay map. Hit esc → settings → gameplay and then move the Overlay Map Zoom and Overlay settings to your desired settings. This fixed it for me.
