When you enter The Lotus Halls for the quest “The Ruined Temple”, looking for the pieces needed to reactivate the bridge device, the map outline/layout is missing for the piece from the upper left section after going to The Ancient Temple rift to grab the piece. As one can see in the screenshot, the map is completely blank aside from minimap icons of the character, the quest marker and the rift.
