I saw on another forum that each player that is having this issue should create a new topic on the forum, so here I am 
I purchased a supporter pack and my in-game companions say “Not Owned”. Let me know if you need anything from my end.

Try to go back and see if this patch that was dropped sometime today for most of us, fixed it. I had this problem and posted about this yesterday but, I noticed today a new patch was updated and it fixed the problem for me. So, I am sure it should work for you too.

That was it, thanks a lot! I knew it would work because before it didn’t say my name when logging in, but it does now. Sure enough, my cosmetics are there once again.
