Just going through the Temporal Sanctum for the first time, still on the first level, there’s a hallway that should have one of those barriers on it because it’s impassable unless you flip to the Ruined Era, but there’s no barrier there in the DE. (There’s also no barrier there in the RE, but you can pass.)
