Could you please consider incorporating the affix “minion cooldown recovery”
For example skeleton rouges flask throwing this affix would lower the cd on the flask delay to use.
Ideally at the very least where players can get the current cooldown recovery belt/boots. You could put the suggested “minion cooldown recovery”
Acolyte & Primalist can already get this on some idols. It’s not clear, but it sounds like you want minion cooldown to be added to affixes that give player cooldown?

I may not have described it properly in original post but yes. I mentioned boot/belt as those were my ideal spots reasonably spots vs the unrealistic make it an affix on every item.
I don’t think it’s too big of a request (as I’m a programming effort ignorant normie) as the affix already exist and just want it on another location.
I’d even be cool with hybrid player/minion cooldown on belt/ boots kinda like weapons hybrid penetration.
I believe it promotes more build variety as it can open up idol slots for others.
I know doing this can cause arguments of exploitation/cheesers and stat stacking. And I’m of the mindset if your limiting yourself by focusing on the worst your limiting your opportunity to get the best.
