Had a slight manic episode this week and i bought the highest tiers of both supporter packs, and some more armor sets with the extra coins i was given. After playing the game some more with the new armor i feel unimpressed. So, my serious question now is for all the players that spent money on armor in the in-game shop: was the armor worth the money to you? Please don’t say something goofy either like " i don’t care how it looks i just wanted to support the devs"
Havent bought anything yet since I’m waiting for it to come offline, which is soon.
I don’t think the armors I’ve seen in the shop are worth the money, unless they are on sale.
Edit: I too has used up the credits given to me, though. And for those I bought pets and spell effects, which I do think are good. But still too expensive.

I think the very first set of MTX they released with 1.0 were pretty bad for the most part.
Most of the stuff they released with 1.1 was a lot better already and they introduced skill mtx, which for the most part look great as well.
The Arcane Duelist Armor Set is probably one of my all time favorite armor sets across all ARPG’s that have MTX of this sort.
I can only imagine that the quality and variety increase with each major patch so if you havn’t found anything yet, just wait for 1.2, maybe we will get some more MTX with that patch that will suite you more.
I personally hope for more skill mtx and hopefully we will get multiple different mtx for every skill at some point and not like certain other games that have 10 different mtx for one skill and 0 for another skill

It is for me, since I like customizing the look of my characters based on what their build is. I swap around parts of different sets until I have a kind of personality for my character, and they become more memorable to me. May favorite has been the sea captain’s torso with angler fish head and hands, void knight boots, sword bundle backpack, sea worm portal, and lightning steps.
I got the original “live game” supporter pack, the cool void one.
I still spent another 10 bucks to get some of the extra pieces and I use it on every character.
Is it worth the money after an initial purchase? To me??? no. I will, most likely, never buy another item from the store because I have stuff I want.
Unless they want to make an entirely bee-themed armor set transmog…

The MTX being so unimpressive is what made me actually hyped about the whole Krafton thing. I hope we get some lit cosmetics down the line now
For my personal taste everything looks ass so I don’t spend anything on it. After the game is now under the Krafton umbrella I won’t spend another dime even if they start to look good.
I too am hoping that increased investment will lead to better artwork all round. I’m here for the gameplay, but the cosmetics don’t touch what POE and POE 2 has. I have bought the ones I felt were bearable to look at because, despite the OP, I did want to support the devs.
