Title. The trading window that pops up when talking to a trader in the merchant guild doesn’t fit on the window, and there doesn’t seem to be an UI option to scale it.
Fixes attempted:
Screen set to windowed, full screen and border less
Adjusted scaling natively in windows
Adjusted in game resolution (same problem)
Checked that drivers re fully up to date.
Using a touch screen laptop if that helps any.

Update:
I have found that setting the resolution to 2560x1440 fixes this issue,
If when playing on 3546x2160, this error occurs again.
To clarify, this screens native resolution is 3456x2160 and works fine with everything else i have ran on it.

bump, having the same issue at 2880 x 1800. Scaling down to 2560x1440 fixes the trade window but everything else looks badly resized.
